Schott Ring Light

The ring light from Schott provides shadow-free illumination. It can be mounted either directly onto the microscope's objective – possibly using an adapter – or as a separate light source if you are using dual lenses or prefer to keep the light and lens separate. The light head has an inner diameter of 66 mm and a working distance of 30–300 mm. The cable is made of optical fiber and protected by a PVC coating. This light guide is compatible with the KL1500 HAL, KL1600 LED, and KL2500 LED.

Adapters and Accessories

Depending on the lens mounted on your microscope, adapters may be required if the light is to be mounted directly onto the lens.

It is possible to buy equipment for polarisation for this specific ringlight.

The ring light cannot stand alone. If it needs to be positioned at a specific height, a stabilizing base, adjustable arm, and holder are necessary.
