Filter holder from Sartorius, type 16249, in stainless steel. Barrel reservoir allowing up to 200 mL of liquid to be filtered by connection to a suitable direct pressure source. Can also be used for filtering larger volumes in conjunction with a 5 L pressurizing container. Complete with silicone O-rings and 10 mm diameter tubing ferrules on the inlet and outlets. For sterile filtration of tissue cultures, ultrafiltration of buffer solutions, cell count solutions, and for pressing soil samples.

- Possibility of connection of 5 L pressure tank for larger sample volumes

- Possibility of mounting other in- and outlets with M12 thread
- Max. pressure under filtration: 10 bar (145 psi)
- Can be mounted on a tripod for increased stability
Sterilization possible by the following methods:
- Autoclave (max. 134 °C)
- Dry heat (max. 180 °C)
