Individual filter holder from Sartorius, type 16840, in stainless steel. To be assembled on vacuum manifolds.
Specifically designed to hold Combisart funnels for applications in which particles or microorganisms need to be retained on the surface of membrane filters.
Notes on usage:
- For membrane filters D47-50 mm and SS funnel, 100 mL capacity.
- Outlet: Hose nipple, DN 10.
- Max. operating pressure: 2 bar (29 psi)
Sterilization is possible as listed:
- Autoclave (max 134 °C)
- Dry heat (max 180 °C)
- Flaming
- Any other methods according to ISO 8199
