CSL-runSAFE ensures safe visualisation of DNA bands from 50bp to 20kb

RunSAFE is a non-mutagenic fluorescent reagent used for visualisation of DNA bands upon Blue Light or UV illumination of agarose gels.

Supplied in 6x loading buffer and used for preparing markers and samples for loading onto agarose or polyacrylamide gels. The dyes is in the class for most sensitive detection of double-stranded DNA bands. Contains three separate compounds (bromphenol blue, Xylene cyanol FF and Orange G) for detection of DNA bands during separation in electrophoresis.

RunSAFE is a safe and non-hazardous alternative to ethidium bromide.

Stored at 4°C for up to 12 months and at -20°C for longer storage periods. RunSAFE is light sensitive and should therefore be stored protected from light.
